Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Relique Track ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Relique Track is a web-based inventory management platform designed for vintage and antique vendors. The Service allows users to track inventory, generate barcodes, manage sales, and analyze business performance.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. All billing is processed through Stripe.

• Starter — $15/month — 1 user
• Pro — $39/month — up to 3 users
• Dealer — $79/month — up to 10 users

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others outside of the team member system provided. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including inventory records, images, and business information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. You may export your inventory data at any time using the CSV export feature.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to track or sell counterfeit goods

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relique Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
